BLOOMS BACK REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Program Overview

• Blooms Back Rewards (“Program”) is a customer loyalty program offered by DGM Flowers (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

• The Program rewards eligible customers for repeat purchases.

• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

• Participation is voluntary.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, as permitted by law.

Enrollment

• Enrollment is free.

• Customers are enrolled when they provide a valid email address or phone number at checkout, online, or in-store.

• Only one account per customer is permitted.

• Customers are responsible for keeping their contact information accurate and up to date.

• Enrollment and participation are subject to applicable state and local regulations.

Earning Blooms

• Customers earn 1 Bloom for every $1 spent on the order subtotal.

• Points are calculated before taxes, fees, delivery charges, and tips.

• Blooms are credited after the order is completed and payment is successfully processed.

• Blooms are not earned on:

  • Gift card purchases

  • Deposits

  • Orders paid partially or fully with rewards

• Blooms have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold.

• Blooms currently do not expire; however, we reserve the right to implement an expiration policy in the future with reasonable notice.

Redeeming Rewards

• Blooms may be redeemed for discount rewards on future eligible purchases in accordance with the Program’s active reward structure.

• Minimum Bloom requirements and minimum purchase amounts may apply at the time of redemption.

• Rewards:

  • May only be applied to eligible future purchases

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Cannot be applied to past orders

  • Cannot be used toward taxes, fees, delivery charges, tips, gift cards, or deposits

• Only one reward may be redeemed per order.

• Rewards cannot be combined or stacked.

• Rewards are not automatically applied and must be selected by the customer at checkout.

• Customers must be logged into their account online or identified at POS checkout to redeem Blooms.

• Redemption availability may vary between online and in-store purchases.

Exclusions & Limitations

• Blooms are not earned on:

  • Taxes

  • Fees

  • Delivery charges

  • Tips

  • Gift card purchases

• Rewards may not be applied to:

  • Deposits

  • Special orders

  • Custom arrangements

  • Event or wedding work unless expressly permitted.

• We may restrict or disable reward redemptions during blackout periods, including major floral holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.

Refunds & Adjustments

• If an order is refunded or canceled:

  • Blooms earned from that purchase will be removed from the customer’s account.

• If a reward was redeemed on a refunded order:

  • The redeemed Blooms will be reissued to the customer’s account, unless otherwise prohibited.

Program Changes & Termination

• We reserve the right to:

• Change earning rates

  • Adjust reward values

  • Modify eligibility rules

  • Update Program features

• Changes apply prospectively only.

• Previously earned Blooms remain available unless the Program is terminated.

• If the Program is terminated:

  • All unused Blooms and rewards will expire immediately.

General

• Blooms have no monetary value outside the Program.

• Blooms cannot be transferred between accounts.

• Fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Loss of Blooms

  • Loss of rewards

  • Removal from the Program

• These Terms are subject to change at our discretion and governed by applicable state and local laws.
