Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.

We don’t offer pickup at this time, as we work out of a private floral design studio.

Yes, every arrangement includes a complimentary handwritten message card. You can add your message at checkout.
What’s your substitution policy?
We always strive to match the arrangement as shown, but due to seasonal availability, some blooms may be substituted with equal or higher-value flowers while keeping the overall look and feel.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
We can't guarantee exact times for standard orders, but we do our best to accommodate requests.
Guaranteed delivery times:
Funerals & events — delivered as scheduled
Businesses — by 5 PM (order by 2 PM)
Schools — by 2:30 PM

How can I check my order status?
You'll receive automatic email updates as your order progresses, including:

What time will my order be delivered?
In most cases, deliveries are completed by 4 PM, though exact times can vary based on location, volume, and weather.
For time-sensitive orders:
Business addresses: delivered by 5 PM (order by 2 PM)
Schools: delivered by 2 PM
Funerals & events: delivered as scheduled
What are DGM Flowers’ hours of operation?
DGM Flowers operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We are open on Saturdays for delivery only and closed on Sundays. Orders can be placed anytime online at FortLauderdaleFlorist.com, and deliveries are scheduled during business hours. For Saturday deliveries, we recommend ordering in advance.
Do you deliver on weekends?
DGM Flowers offers limited weekend delivery.
Saturday Delivery: Available for orders placed by Friday night.
Sunday Delivery: Reserved for funerals and select special events only, and must be arranged by phone to ensure proper coordination.
